When you place an order with The Workshop Below, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read this page carefully as it contains important information. The terms and conditions set out below do not affect your statutory rights.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

The Workshop Below has no minimum order requirements. Payments must be made by debit card, credit card, apple pay or Paypal and will be taken in full when your products are ordered. The Workshop Below accept most major credit and debit cards through Paypal, Apple Pay and Stripe. The Workshop Below understands that some customers are happier placing orders over the phone. In this case a secure link will be provided via email to process the payment. We do not accept payments over telephone.

When you have placed your order on our website we will send a confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive this email please let us know by emailing info@theworkshopbelow.com or telephone us on 01214391790. Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled, so please check carefully before placing your order.

Please do not instruct any trades persons until goods have arrived at the delivery address. We will not be held for any costs incurred for re-arranging works to be carried if an issue with delivery arises. Our team will ensure that you are kept up to date with the process of your order via email and / or telephone at all times.

DELIVERY

UK Delivery for all orders under £50.00 will be charged at £3.95 this is a next day delivery via Fed Ex Uk. This can arrive from 9am until 6pm.

Providing all your products are in stock, we aim to ship to you as quickly as possible, Usually orders before 11am will be shipped the same day. You will receive emails to keep you updated with how your order is progressing, we may contact you further to advise you of any issues that may arise.

Delivery of out of stock products may take a little longer and if this is the case we will keep you informed. If you are having a custom light made, delivery times will have been explained to you by the team. Please be aware that the turn around times my change through the manufacturing process. We will try to keep manufacturing times to a minimum however sometimes issues are out of our control.

When your order is ready to be dispatched we will send a further email advising you when to expect your items. If you wish to change the delivery address after you have placed an order please let us know as soon as possible. A delivery charge will be added to your order during the checkout process unless your order is over £50, whereby delivery is free (mainland UK).  In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive when expected please contact us immediately on info@theworkshopbelow.com. Should delivery be refused and the items returned to us a further delivery charge will be incurred for re-delivery.

RETURNS

We hope everything is perfect with your order but we’ve all had times when ordering online when we’re unsure if we’ve purchased the right thing. We won’t get upset, just let us know. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different item, if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable when the goods are faulty.

*The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Please note:

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

◦ The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

◦ The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach us, unless sent via special delivery.

Promotional discount codes

Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

These T&Cs relate to all The Workshop Below promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

Only one promotion code can be used per order.

Maximum pre-discount spend limit of £1000 applies per order.

Promotional codes cannot be used on bespoke or custom made orders or products.

A promotion code can’t be used after an order has been placed.

COMPETITIONS & PRIZES

To enter any The Workshop Below competitions you must be a UK resident and over 18 at the time of entry. Competitions are not open to employees and family members of The Workshop Below. Only 1 entry per person is accepted. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will be notified by email or telephone and the decision of the The Workshop Below is final. Prizes are subject to availability and in unforeseen circumstances The Workshop Below reserve the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and in exceptional circumstances to amend or cancel the competition without notice.
