When can I expect my order?

Once your order has been completed by our workshop team, you will receive an email confirming tracking and can expect delivery of products the next day.

I need to amend my order - how do I do this?

If you need to amend your order, the quickest way of doing this is to email the team at info@theworkshopbelow.com with your order number and required changes and the team will take care of this.

If you need to change the delivery address, again - we would recommend emailing the team as soon as possible and they get this changed for you.

Why is there a 4 week lead time on certain items?

We allow a 4 week lead time on our Antique Brass and Dark Bronze ranges due to these specific collections being hand-finished to order. We work in batches to ensure consistency and quality. For more information on lead times please check out out Lead Times Explained Page

I'm on a time limit, is it possible to get my Antique Brass order quicker than the 4 week lead time?

In some circumstances - yes this is absolutely possible. We do carry a certain number of products so it's always worth asking if your order can be with you within the 4 week period. Feel free to give us a call or email prior to ordering and we'll happily check our stock.

Can I have custom cut lengths or bends in my conduit?

Yes - either add your custom lengths to the notes section on your order. For more intricate measurements / bends, contact the team on info@theworkshopbelow.com.

Please note: all custom lengths and bends need to be completed before finishing. We also do not accept refunds for custom measurements.

Do I need my conduit threaded?

Yes - on certain finishes. Our Matt Black, Textured Black, Rust and Galvanised come threaded as standard. Our Antique Brass and Dark Bronze cannot be threaded.

The threaded conduit finishes are a standard fitting for all of the matching accessories. However - if you would prefer to use a grub screw system with accessories, you would need to contact the team.

Can I use my own socket plates on your back boxes & vice versa?

Yes and no. Unfortunately not all plates will fit our back boxes. All of our plates and back boxes are designed to match and compliment each other.

What if I can't find the product I am after?

The best thing to do if you can't find the product you're after. Get in touch with the team on 0121 5821457 or info@theworkshopbelow.com and one of the team will happily help find what you need.

Can I use a mixture of Dimmers / Switches / Toggles on the same plate?

Yes - on any of our grid plates or Euroframes you can use any module (any switch). However, any combination can be achieved excluding toggles.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement and the collection of the damaged goods.

How do I return an item?

If you change your mind or no longer require the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and return it to us within 30 days.
