We hope everything with your order is perfect. However, we understand that sometimes, when ordering online, you might be unsure if you’ve chosen the right item. Don’t worry - just let us know.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement and the collection of the damaged goods.

If you change your mind or no longer require the item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, and return it to us within 30 days.

We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item, or we can offer an exchange if you prefer. Please note, delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty.

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

◦ Unless the item is damaged or supplied incorrectly the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unfortunately we do not offer returns labels.

◦ The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach us, unless sent via special delivery.
