Returns and Refunds

 

We hope everything is perfect with your order but we’ve all had times when ordering online when we’re unsure if we’ve purchased the right thing. We won’t get upset, just let us know.

 

If your item is damaged please let us know straight away to we can arrange a replacement and collection of the damaged items.

 

If you change your mind or the item is no longer required, please let us know with 14 days of the day you received the item and return the item to us within 30 days.

 

We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different item, if preferred. Delivery charges are only refundable when the goods are faulty.

* Any products purchased on our sale page are non-refundable.

* Custom cut conduit lengths are non-refundable.

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

◦ Unless the item is damaged or supplied incorrectly the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unfortunately we do not offer returns labels.

◦ The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach us, unless sent via special delivery.
