When you place an order with The Workshop Below, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read this page carefully as it contains important information. The terms and conditions set out below do not affect your statutory rights.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
The Workshop Below has no minimum order requirements. Payments must be made by debit card, credit card, apple pay or Paypal and will be taken in full when your products are ordered. The Workshop Below accept most major credit and debit cards through Paypal, Apple Pay and Stripe. The Workshop Below understands that some customers are happier placing orders over the phone. In this case a secure link will be provided via email to process the payment. We do not accept payments over telephone.
When you have placed your order on our website we will send a confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive this email please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us on 0121 582 1457. Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled, so please check carefully before placing your order.
Please do not instruct any trades persons until goods have arrived at the delivery address. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred for re-arranging works to be carried if an issue with delivery arises. Our team will ensure that you are kept up to date with the process of your order via email and / or telephone at all times.

UK Delivery for all orders under £80.00 will be charged at £7.95 this is usually a next day delivery via DHL UK. This can arrive from 8am until 6pm. * The exception to this delivery charge is the locker range, due to the size of these products, each locker has a delivery charge, the delivery charge ranges from £8.95 - £49.90 depending on the size of the locker. The delivery on these products is 4 - 5 working days. * Another exception is Trade orders, any company/person given a constant discount will be charged a trade shipping cost of £7.95.
Providing all your products are in stock, we aim to ship to you as quickly as possible, Usually orders before 11am will be shipped the same day. Items not in stock can take 5 days for delivery if this is any longer we will advise you of a delay. You will receive emails to keep you updated with how your order is progressing, we may contact you further to advise you of any issues that may arise.
Delivery of out of stock products may take a little longer and if this is the case we will keep you informed. If you are having a custom light made, delivery times will have been explained to you by the team. Please be aware that the turn around times my change through the manufacturing process. We will try to keep manufacturing times to a minimum however sometimes issues are out of our control.
When your order is ready to be dispatched we will send a further email advising you when to expect your items. If you wish to change the delivery address after you have placed an order please let us know as soon as possible. A delivery charge will be added to your order during the checkout process unless your order is over £80, whereby delivery is free (mainland UK). In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive when expected please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org. Should delivery be refused and the items returned to us a further delivery charge will be incurred for re-delivery.

Consignments of 2 or more parcels can occasionally be split up during the delivery process, while we aim to have all of your consignment delivered together, please allow another day for full delivery of the consignment, this is more likely to happen when ordering conduit and accessories as the parcels are usually different in size and can go through different processes at the delivery depot.

Promotional discount codes
Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
These T&Cs relate to all The Workshop Below promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).
Only one promotion code can be used per order.
Promotional codes cannot be used on bespoke or custom made orders unless otherwise stated.
A promotion code can’t be used after an order has been placed.
Promotional codes are NOT valid on the Locker & Basket range.
COMPETITIONS & PRIZES
To enter any The Workshop Below competitions you must be a UK resident and over 18 at the time of entry. Competitions are not open to employees and family members of The Workshop Below. Only 1 entry per person is accepted. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will be notified by email or telephone and the decision of the The Workshop Below is final. Prizes are subject to availability and in unforeseen circumstances The Workshop Below reserve the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and in exceptional circumstances to amend or cancel the competition without notice.
